  I ordered food from the Taco Bell (as it is a combination kitchen w/ KFC) and it was great! I personally love Taco Bell food and this was pretty great food-however, that's not the reason I'm giving such a high rating. The service provided to customers by ALL staff is exemplary. It was above and beyond my expectations, and in my opinion was one of the best Taco Bell's regarding customer service. You know you are going to be taken care of as soon as you walk in as the cheery, singing worker greets you and throughout the entire experience treats you with respect and politeness. The assistant manager served me, and she was just awesome. She joked with us, gave us a larger sized drink for free, and made sure the order was accurate. I didn't receive an item in my tray, but I think that her awesome service counteracted that. Even when we left she said bye to us. Overall, this is one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to considering the amazing service and great food. Spot on.

  Worst service ever 1st they didn't have chicken tenders, the refused to sub popcorn chicken in the fill up meal. 2nd waited 25 mins for part of our order. 3rd the part we got was incorrect. 4th once that was corrected we had to wait Cook time on popcorn chicken. 5th once we got the chicken we still had to wait Cook time on the tators. 6th after waiting over 30 mins for our food and I complained to Regina the manager on duty all she had to say was they were busy, and to that my response was u had maybe 3 cars in drive thru and 3 front counter orders. She did not offer any kind reimbursement of any kind for their lack of service. And finally once we got home my husbands food had no cheese on it, all our food was cold and soggy, the triple double crunch wraps was so pathetic, thin and lacking ingredients that they will be fed to our animals.
